In 1989 we were the first cement company in Saudi Arabia to be awarded the Quality Mark by the Saudi Arabian Standard Organization (SASO).

The company annually recruits skilled professionals to fulfill its Human resource requirements giving priority to qualified Saudi Nationals. If Saudi Nationals are not available we recruit from outside the Kingdom.

The company is exerting all efforts to increase the rate of Saudi nationals among its staff. In line with this, the company has executed various development and training programme in order to qualify Saudi nationals who have graduated from technical schools and colleges through specialized courses. Continuous on-the-job training and concentrated English and technical English language courses are available to suit their work needs and to develop their specific skills.
